That's difficult to tell, in my opinion fantasizing about cheating does not mean they are going to cheat. You should read the signs of a cheating spouse article, and then watch out for them. I wouldn't necessarily call fantasizing about cheating a red flag, because they are letting you know it's a fantasy. I would call it a red flag if they did NOT let you know about it, and you caught them on the internet searching for guides like how to cheat on your wife.

That depends, do you know if they are just chatting on cam sites, or are they participating in cyber sex? If you are a man, I would not let your wife chat on chat sites like Omegle, or chat roulette. If you want to know why, try it yourself and go find someone to chat with. Sure enough, after you hit next a few times, you will be bombarded by men who expose themselves.
If you think your spouse just wants to really chat, no funny business, then it shouldn't bother you one bit. If you think they are using it for porn or cyber sex, I would steer clear.

If your spouse just recently ended an affair and came clean to you, and the person they had an affair with won't leave them alone, you should consider talking to that person and telling them it's over. If they do not want to leave your spouse alone, you can get a restraining order.

You should confront your spouse and tell him or her to keep their boundaries in check. Flirting is not only disrespectful to you, but also leads to cheating and physical affairs. If your spouse says it's just for fun, come to a compromise and tell them it hurts your feelings and it's inappropriate for a married person to be flirting with other people.

No, you shouldn't. If you don't care about losing your spouse, then go ahead and ignore it, but if you love your spouse and want to have a long and happy marriage together, you have to put a stop to emotional affairs because they sooner or later will turn into physical affairs that involve cheating on you.

Is it LEGAL to spy on my spouse?
This depends on where you live and what you are using to spy on your spouse.
For Keyloggers, cellphone spies, GPS trackers, and other home surveillance equipment (all of which are legal on their own), it is ILLEGAL to install these on any devices that DO NOT BELONG TO YOU. When buying any of these anti-infidelity products, please remember that you have to read the disclaimers on the sites you buy them from, and you should also research your local state laws.

You install a GPS tracking device on YOUR NEIGHBOR'S car. This is absolutely illegal and you can spend years in jail if caught breaking the law.

Take note that it is one thing to have hidden cameras installed in your home, monitoring your house/garden. But it is a different story having cameras all over your house, zoomed in on your neighbors windows.
You install a cellphone spy on YOUR WORKMATE'S cellphone. Illegal, you can go to jail for several years for this.
You install a cell phone spy ON A CELLPHONE YOU OWN. 100% Legal. It's your phone, you have every right to monitor the activities on it. This is actually very useful as a security method incase your phones get lost, as you will be able to see their EXACT GPS LOCATION and confront them or call the cops.

Depends on the private investigator's you've hired. Selecting a private investigator is important, and doing due diligence helps ensure that you won't get someone who breaks the law. If you hired from a bad private eye company, and they get caught doing illegal things, YOU can go to jail.
I only recommend hiring private eyes as a last resort method mainly because it is hard to find a reliable private eye, and they can cost from anywhere between a few bucks an hour, to up to $300+ an hour.
